There is a lot of information that you will work with as a CIL proctor. It is vital that this information is kept private.
Student information is to be kept secure. Any papers with a student number on them that are not sent to the CIL Lab need to be shredded.
Student A-numbers should still be protected.
You must keep student data private. This includes not allowing any student to see another student's email address, A-number, test scores, etc. Tell them it is because you are protecting student information—including theirs. If mom or dad call on behalf of their child, please tell them that you need to talk to the actual student.
Be sure to remove test files from computers after students have finished testing, as we don't want other students having any way to violate the validity of the tests.
